Position Overview

The Senior Ride Development Engineer will join arenaflex’s Mechanical Design and Innovation team, playing a pivotal role in conceiving, designing, and delivering world‑class ride systems from concept through installation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of new ride concepts, ensuring alignment with creative vision, guest experience goals, and technical feasibility.
• Extract and translate high‑level narrative and artistic requirements into detailed mechanical specifications, system architectures, and interface definitions.

Essential Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of advanced mechanics, including statics, dynamics, material science, kinematics, stress/strain analysis, and power‑train design.
• Software Proficiency: Expert‑level command of industry‑standard CAD and analysis tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, ANSYS, FEA, and MATLAB.
• Safety & Compliance: Demonstrated experience developing safety‑critical designs, conducting risk assessments, and complying with international safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO).
