Role Overview

This is a fully remote position (candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Romania). You will work closely with cross‑functional leaders, develop data‑driven roadmaps, and own the end‑to‑end execution of seller‑centric initiatives. Your day‑to‑day activities will blend quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to ensure that arenaflex sellers achieve measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Insight Generation: Collect, cleanse, and analyze large data sets to uncover trends in traffic, conversion, and revenue for assigned sellers.
  • Performance Dashboard Development: Design and maintain KPI dashboards that track critical metrics such as sales growth, inventory health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to align initiatives with seller goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Seller Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑impact sellers, delivering regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Actionable Roadmap Creation: Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized action plans that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Project Launch Support: Assist in the rollout of new features, training programs, and pilot projects, ensuring sellers adopt tools effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (any discipline is acceptable).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in seller operations, account management, B2B sales, or business development within an e‑commerce environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and present findings in a concise, business‑focused manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
