  • Conduct follow‑up communications (phone, email, or chat) to obtain missing documentation or clarification from claimants, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and validate invoices against claim details to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Generate, compile, and distribute regular reports that summarize claim status, processing times, and financial metrics for management review.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and ensure that all data entries adhere to arenaflex’s data‑security and privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Coordination Team to identify process improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to workflow automation.
  • Provide courteous, solution‑focused customer service to internal and external partners, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with basic computer operations, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and comfortable learning new software platforms.
  • Typing Ability: Minimum 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and omissions in data and documentation.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old, possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States, and be willing to undergo a background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or claims processing environments.
  • Familiarity with claims management software or CRM platforms.
  • Basic understanding of billing cycles, invoice reconciliation, and financial documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting productivity targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to participate in training programs.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Prioritizing the needs of claimants and partners while maintaining professionalism.
  • Analytical Thinking: Interpreting data, spotting trends, and making data‑driven recommendations.
  • Reliability & Accountability: Consistently meeting deadlines and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast‑changing environment and quickly mastering new tools and processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Engaging constructively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights, and supporting collective goals.
