  • Collaborate closely with licensed pharmacists to verify dosage calculations, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
  • Triaging medication‑related inquiries by priority, urgency, and required data, ensuring timely resolution for patients and care teams.
  • Assist in the audit and reconciliation of opioid prescriptions, adhering to federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Provide pharmacists with concise, actionable information regarding drug sensitivities, contraindications, and potential adverse effects.
  • Maintain and update patient medication records, guaranteeing confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards.

Essential Qualifications
