Reporting Analyst

We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our TUI Musement Contact Centre team, where you'll transform data into actionable insights that drive our operational excellence. ABOUT THE JOB You'll develop and maintain database queries, scripts, and automation tools that power our regular and ad hoc reporting needs, creating SQL solutions that make data work harder for us. Working alongside our teams, you'll design and enhance Power BI dashboards that bring key performance indicators to life, making complex data easy to understand at a glance. Your analytical skills will shine as you process and prepare standard reports, ensuring our operational and management teams have the insights they need when they need them. Data quality is your priority – you'll perform regular audits and implement quality control processes that keep our information accurate and reliable. Supporting compliance and audit requirements, you'll provide the data analysis that helps us maintain our high standards across operations. Translating business needs into functional data requirements comes naturally to you, as you collaborate with stakeholders to define exactly what success looks like in numbers. ABOUT YOU You bring proven experience in administration, supplier management, and management information (MI) to the table. Your proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power BI) means you can hit the ground running. Strong reporting and analytical capabilities are second nature to you, paired with a methodical and organised approach to getting things done. You're comfortable writing scalable code in Python and have advanced SQL and VBA database skills that let you extract, filter, and aggregate data with ease. Your excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail help you build relationships and suggest improvements that make a real difference.
