Premium Audit Records Analyst | 100% Remote (WFH) Opportunity General Summary Under minimal supervision, the Premium Audit Records Analyst is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for premium audit-related records received from various payroll vendors, cataloging premium audit documentation, providing audit case files to external audit contractors, managing various e-mail inboxes, and redirecting general audit inquiries. Additionally, this position may handle inbound policyholder calls to address policy-related questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for premium audit-related vendor records. Review external customer communications, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure payroll records are provided accurately and on time. Maintain organized payroll records within internal company systems and catalog audit-related documentation while ensuring confidentiality, in accordance with company standards and procedures. Communicate regularly with managers and external partners regarding audit-related processes and documentation. Communicate findings related to discrepancies or missing documentation to the Supervisor or Manager as appropriate. Maintains excellent interdepartmental relationships and communications. Handle inbound phone calls from policyholders to answer policy-related questions. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Up to 3 years of previous premium audit or related insurance experience preferred. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks appropriately. Strong organizational skills. Highly efficient with excellent time management skills. Strong communication ability including excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Can succinctly convey complex information to others. Attention to detail with the ability to review, sort, and accurately identify records relevant to the premium audit. Intermediate computer skills including ability to use spreadsheets, e-mail, and 10-key by touch. Ownership and accountability of output, decisions, and mistakes. Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge and mathematical aptitude. Education 2 years of college and/or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Work Environment

Remote: This role is a remote (work from home (WFH) opportunity) and only open to candidates currently located in the United States and able to work without sponsorship. It requires a suitable space that provides a private and quiet workplace. Expected Work Hours: Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
