The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Medical Representative Fixed Term Contract (Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis) role will make an impact: This position will lead the local medical team, ensure alignment and execution of local/regional medical strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key healthcare stakeholders to drive meaningful impact for patients and the business. Representation of Viatris in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards Implementation of marketing program activities Maintain call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits as per plan Developing a trustful long-term partnership with the company clients Monitoring market trends and activities in assigned territory and provide feedback and insights to the manager Organization and execution of local seminars and workshops for HCPs (as per plan) Timely, accurate and detailed activity reporting Monitor new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of those developments on company business strategies About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences: University degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Veterinary) Experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Great planning and organizational skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent English knowledge PC literacy Driving license with driving experience At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
