Lead Business Analyst

What You’ll Do Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders Capture pain points across finance, operations, customer service, reporting, and site-level processes Identify AI, automation, RPA, reporting, and analytics opportunities Structure use cases with clear business problem, expected value, data needs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations Prioritize use cases by business value, ROI potential, time-to-value, data readiness, feasibility, and complexity Support creation of business-case logic for high-priority use cases Define success criteria for potential PoV / pilot candidates Align stakeholders on what should move into Phase 2 and what should be deferred Prepare executive-ready summaries, workshop outputs, and decision materials What You Bring Strong business analysis experience in data, analytics, automation, or transformation programs Experience running workshops and stakeholder interviews Ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and use cases Experience with prioritization frameworks, value assessment, and ROI logic Strong written communication and executive summary skills Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
