Role Overview As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting high-growth, high-performing organizations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers at top-tier, fast-paced, and hyper-growth clients, helping them attract and hire exceptional technical talent that fuels rapid business expansion. Your work will have a direct impact on our clients’ ability to scale effectively and competitively. What You’ll Do Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers at high-growth and enterprise-level clients, deeply understanding their technical needs, growth goals, and hiring urgency. Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process in fast-paced, high-volume environments, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close. Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and market mapping. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill technical roles within rapidly scaling teams. Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience aligned with the standards of top-tier and hyper-growth organizations. Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate quality) and provide insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with Peoplepath’s recruiting team to continuously improve processes, share best practices, and support client success at scale. What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in fast-paced or high-growth environments. Proven experience recruiting for top-tier clients, scale-ups, or hyper-growth companies, managing competing priorities and tight timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers. Strong ability to juggle multiple searches across different teams and clients simultaneously. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. A data-driven approach, using KPIs and recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes.
