JOIN FINTIBA YOUR ROLE Take responsibility for the development, expansion, and maintenance of our partner network, including agents, universities, and other key stakeholders in the Turkish region. Serve as the primary contact person for our Turkish partners, offering guidance and building strong, long-term relationships. Plan and execute marketing activities tailored to our partner network, such as newsletters, email campaigns, and advertising initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to support cross-divisional projects and contribute ideas to enhance our reach in the Turkish market. Assist in the preparation and participation in educational trade fairs and events, representing Expatrio and engaging with students and partners. YOUR PROFILE You have a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. You bring 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally with a focus on the Turkish market. You are fluent in Turkish and possess excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus. You have a deep understanding of the Turkish market, particularly in the context of education, international student recruitment, or sales networks. Your interpersonal skills and empathetic approach make it easy for you to build and nurture relationships. You have a proactive mindset, work independently, and take initiative in tackling challenges and responsibilities. You enjoy participating in trade fairs and interacting with clients, showcasing Expatrio's value to the Turkish market. WHY EXPATRIO?
