We're partnering with our client, a dynamic organization in the technology sector, to find a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer. This remote--In Region, temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful content safety systems that support millions of users worldwide. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Machine Learning Engineer Responsibilities:* * Develop and optimize production machine learning systems that identify sensitive or policy-relevant content across diverse media formats.

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of model development, including data preparation, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Enhance multimodal detection methods utilizing state-of-the-art ML techniques in vision, text, audio, and large language models.
  • Create robust evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent model performance, including dataset curation, labeling standards, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate safety needs into scalable technical solutions and improve system reliability and fairness.

*Senior Machine Learning Engineer Qualifications:* * Minimum of 5-6 years of experience building, deploying, and managing ML systems in production environments.

  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and experience working with vision, text, audio, or multimodal models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML evaluation practices, including dataset design, labeling strategies, and accuracy metrics.
  • Ability to design scalable ML architectures balancing quality, reliability, latency, and impact.
  • Commitment to responsible AI principles, with awareness of bias, failure modes, and user impact considerations.
