Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Validation: Lead timely gathering, verification, and primary driver analysis of data sets across multiple operational domains, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Insight Generation & Reporting: Develop and present findings from complex data analyses to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating numbers into clear business narratives.
  • Ad‑hoc Issue Resolution: Conduct rapid investigations into emerging operational issues, providing insightful answers that enable senior leadership to make informed decisions while managing ongoing project responsibilities.
  • Visualization & Communication: Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to illustrate trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations, supporting the research objectives and facilitating stakeholder understanding.
  • Data Extraction & Integration: Design and execute targeted queries to pull and organize data from diverse sources, establishing data pipelines and validating data requirements.
  • Process Auditing & Gap Identification: Detect anomalies in processes through audits, communicate findings to the team, and propose corrective actions aligned with quality standards.
  • Process & Procedure Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of existing processes and procedures by monitoring for patterns and errors, recommending enhancements that drive consistency.
  • Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and cross‑functional partners to support large‑scale business initiatives and ensure a consistent, data‑centric approach to decision‑making.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the team lead, contributing to the overall success of the Quality Control Strategies & Guidelines group.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or QuickBase (preferred).
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to convey analytical findings to senior leadership (preferred).
