In this role, you will be the backbone of our Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring that every risk assessment, questionnaire, and remediation plan is accurately captured, tracked, and reported. Your meticulous attention to detail will enable arenaflex’s risk‑aware teams to make informed decisions, maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other industry standards, and ultimately protect the magical experiences our customers cherish.

Key Responsibilities

Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Execution

  • Validate incoming third‑party risk assessment requests, collaborating with business stakeholders to confirm scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Coordinate the distribution of due‑diligence questionnaires to internal and external parties, ensuring completeness and adherence to arenaflex’s security policies.
  • Review submitted questionnaires, identify gaps, and flag potential risk exposures for further investigation.
  • Document findings, remediation plans, and final outcomes in arenaflex’s centralized risk management system.
  • Maintain a continuous tracking log of open risk items, updating status, and driving issues to closure.
  • Draft and review executive summaries and risk reports for senior leadership and business owners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for queries related to risk assessment processes, providing clear guidance to both internal teams and third‑party vendors.

Governance, Threat, and Compliance Leadership

  • Assist in the development and refinement of arenaflex’s cybersecurity risk and compliance strategies, aligning them with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Document compliance activities, including planning, testing, remediation, tracking, and reporting against ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Lead the creation and dissemination of compliance and risk awareness communications across the organization.
  • Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes, emerging threats, and industry best practices to proactively identify new risk areas.
  • Support the maintenance and audit readiness of arenaflex’s ISO 27001 certification program.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, data security, or audit & compliance tracking, with at least 2‑3 years focused on TPRM or internal audit functions.
  • Certifications (required or strongly preferred): CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other security frameworks; familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and recommend actionable remediation steps.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of producing clear, concise reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience working within a large, multinational corporation or a major professional services firm.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and how they intersect with risk management is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment with flexible hours.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with business owners, legal, procurement, and external vendors.
  • Detail‑Oriented Data Entry: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all risk‑related data entered into arenaflex’s systems.
  • Problem‑Solving: Diagnose root causes of risk findings and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Presentation & Influence: Deliver compelling risk narratives to senior leadership and facilitate decision‑making.
