We are looking for a dedicated Training, Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to help our staff hit the ground running and stay aligned with regulatory standards. What You'll Do - Lead onboarding for new clinical and administrative staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles - Develop and deliver engaging training programs on workflows, systems, and best practices - Serve as the go-to resource for EMR guidance and troubleshooting — identifying issues and resolving them quickly or escalating appropriately - Conduct routine compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards - Identify training gaps and proactively update materials to reflect process changes or new requirements - Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to align training with organizational goals - Maintain accurate documentation of training completions, compliance reviews, and onboarding milestones What We're Looking For -

Medical knowledge

— a clinical background or strong understanding of healthcare operations is essential -

EMR proficiency

— hands-on experience with one or more electronic medical record platforms; ability to troubleshoot common issues -

Excellent communication skills

— you can explain complex topics clearly, whether in writing, on a video call, or in a training session -

Compliance awareness

— familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, or similar) and experience conducting audits or compliance reviews -

Organized and detail-oriented

— you track deadlines, documentation, and follow-through without dropping the ball -

Remote-ready
