  • Collaborate with global sourcing, legal, finance, and supply‑chain teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of proposed regulatory changes, assess impact on existing processes, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with vendors and overseas suppliers to resolve classification disputes, improve cost‑to‑serve decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide training on import compliance best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer across the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or information management, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality projects on time.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and visual reports.
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in import compliance, customs brokerage, or international trade.
  • Familiarity with tariff classification systems (e.g., HTSUS, Schedule B) and the ability to interpret and apply them accurately.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts to non‑technical audiences.
