Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Customer Service Representative team. In this short‑term, project‑based role, you will conduct outbound calls to shareholders across the United States, guiding them through a scripted proxy voting process. Your voice will be the bridge between corporate governance and individual investors, ensuring that every vote is recorded accurately and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to shareholders using a pre‑approved script, maintaining a courteous and professional tone at all times.
  • Accurately capture proxy voting selections in the designated database, updating records promptly after each interaction.
  • Escalate any shareholder concerns, questions, or technical issues to a supervisor or designated escalation point.
  • Provide real‑time feedback to the management team regarding common shareholder inquiries or emerging trends.
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, attendance, and code‑of‑conduct targets established for the campaign.
  • Stay informed about campaign specifics, policy updates, and procedural changes that may affect call handling.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or email, ensuring response times align with service level agreements.
  • Assist in training new proxy representatives by sharing best practices and offering peer‑monitoring support.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as pulling call recordings for quality assurance, documenting performance metrics, and supporting operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to monitor call quality, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; six months of related experience or training is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work remotely in a virtual environment with a reliable home office setup.
  • USB‑wired headset with microphone, laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or macOS, and a stable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps, Ethernet preferred).
  • Strong technical aptitude – comfortable navigating multiple screens, searching internal databases, and using CRM tools.
  • Clear, confident phone presence with excellent pronunciation and the ability to convey information logically.
  • Demonstrated reliability, pride in work, and a strong sense of dependability.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in outbound call centers, financial services, or shareholder communications.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 to $20, paid weekly. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime based on campaign demand. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
