Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

arenaflex is seeking a meticulous, self‑driven Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Global Data Operations team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring that every piece of information entered into our systems is accurate, complete, and compliant with our rigorous quality standards. Your work will directly support critical business decisions, regulatory reporting, and the seamless delivery of financial products to millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with precision, using arenaflex‑approved software tools and adhering to established data entry protocols.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct systematic quality checks, cross‑reference source documents, and resolve discrepancies to maintain a data error rate of less than 0.1%.
  • Data Maintenance & Updates: Keep master databases current by regularly updating records, archiving obsolete information, and ensuring consistency across multiple data repositories.
  • Timely Reporting: Generate and distribute routine and ad‑hoc reports that provide actionable insights into key performance indicators, data trends, and operational metrics.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and IT—to clarify data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support seamless workflow integration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, recommend automation enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of arenaflex’s data governance framework.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Safeguard sensitive financial and personal information by strictly adhering to arenaflex’s data security policies, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance obligations.
