Position Overview

Arenaflex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Title Research Data Entry Specialist. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the title research industry with comprehensive training provided. You'll play a crucial role in translating complex title information into accurate, client-ready reports while maintaining our exceptional quality standards.

This is a remote position that allows you to work from home with a dual-monitor computer setup. You'll perform your day-to-day duties independently while participating in regularly scheduled team meetings to ensure alignment with our processes and standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Extraction: Systematically review legal documents from title search abstracts and accurately extract pertinent information into various client and company templates and databases with zero errors.
  • Quality Control Excellence: Act as a vigilant quality control specialist by identifying red flags, incomplete information, or potential errors within documents that may require further examination or escalation.
  • Client Communication: Professionally communicate completed title searches directly with clients via email and through their online portals, ensuring clarity and timeliness in all correspondence.
  • Database Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain updated resources, track customer processes, and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Multi-Tasking Efficiency: Manage multiple computer programs simultaneously to complete job tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between remote researchers and internal departments to facilitate completed and partially completed title searches, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Continuous Support: Assist with various support tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge Application: Apply your understanding of title documents to identify incomplete information within legal paperwork and recommend appropriate next steps.

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with an exceptional 0% error rate – accuracy is paramount in this role
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • QuickBooks Experience: Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not required – willingness to learn is essential
  • Computer Navigation: Excellent computer navigation skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple software programs and databases
  • Dual Monitor Setup: Must have capability to work on a dual monitor computer system for enhanced productivity

Educational Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent higher education preferred, but not required
  • Previous data entry experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
