This is a fully remote position designed for professionals who thrive in independent work environments while still being deeply connected to a supportive, cross-functional team. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational instincts, and a genuine respect for the importance of data integrity in a fast-paced, high-stakes industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input and Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of information into designated systems with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring records remain current and reliable across all platforms.
  • Regular Data Audits and Quality Checks: Perform scheduled and ad-hoc audits of data sets to identify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated information, and take corrective action to resolve discrepancies quickly and thoroughly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations, customer service, analytics, and IT to gather, verify, and validate information that flows into centralized data systems.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion, adhering strictly to arenaflex’s data protection policies and industry-standard security protocols.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established data entry procedures, formatting standards, and quality benchmarks to ensure consistency across all entries and reports.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate routine reports summarizing data entry activities, error rates, and workflow efficiency, and contribute to documentation that supports team training and process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve overall data quality, and share those insights with leadership and peers.
  • Tool and System Proficiency: Become highly familiar with arenaflex’s proprietary data management platforms as well as common third-party tools used across the industry.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework or certification in data management, business administration, or information systems is a plus.
  • Proven Data Entry Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a strong track record of accuracy and speed. Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or records management role is highly valued.

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly across digital channels including email, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Remote Work Readiness: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a dedicated and quiet workspace, and the self-discipline required to succeed in a Work From Home setting.
  • Technical Comfort: Familiarity with data management tools, spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), and standard office productivity software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in aviation, logistics, transportation, or another data-intensive industry.
  • Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, or specialized data entry software.
  • Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid capacity for an established organization.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis and the ability to interpret patterns or anomalies in large data sets.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying process improvements and sharing them with the team.
