As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer within the Integrated Supply Chain Supplier Readiness casting and forgings organization here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Director Supplier Development Engineer, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on a remote work schedule. - Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization associated to external casting and forging suppliers
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
