Team Lead Product Ownership (f/m/x)

Your mission As the Team Lead Product Ownership, you will play a key role in shaping and driving product value across our digital solutions. You will lead a team of Product Owners working in an agile environment, ensuring clear product direction, strong stakeholder alignment, and effective delivery within a SAFe-based setup. You will combine people leadership with product ownership expertise, empowering your team to translate business needs into valuable, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, supporting both their professional growth and day-to-day effectiveness. Ensure clear product ownership across products, platforms, and initiatives, including well-structured backlogs, priorities, and value-driven delivery. Support Product Owners in translating business objectives, customer needs, and stakeholder requirements into actionable features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Software Engineering, Architects, Product Management, Business Owners, Operations, and other stakeholders. Drive alignment between product strategy, portfolio priorities, and agile delivery teams within a SAFe environment. Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a strong product mindset across the team. Facilitate decision-making and prioritization by ensuring transparency on dependencies, risks, delivery progress, and business value. Proactively communicate challenges, trade-offs, and risks to the broader department, advocating for solutions and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Support PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other agile ceremonies where needed. Encourage a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric thinking. Your profile You are an experienced product ownership professional and people-oriented leader who thrives in agile environments. You are able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support for your team and are passionate about delivering high-impact digital products. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile software development environment. Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating Product Owners or cross-functional product teams. Strong understanding of agile delivery methods, preferably including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, and backlog management. Ability to translate business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into clear product priorities and actionable requirements. Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, features, and prioritization frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align different perspectives and drive decisions in complex environments. Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying dependencies, resolving impediments, and managing delivery risks. Ability to clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working closely with software engineering teams, architects, UX/UI, business teams, and external suppliers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or agile software delivery.
