Responsibilities
Provide helpful information to members regarding available products and services Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account details Stay informed on current and updated programs, products, and service options Review member needs and help identify suitable, cost-effective solutions Maintain a professional and supportive experience for every client interaction
Qualifications
