What you’ll do: Oversee our external accounting team in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely US GAAP financial statements, and building scalable multi-dimensional reporting Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, including ERP selection and implementation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes Oversee accounting operations, including vendor onboarding, accounts payable, expenses, and corporate cards, ensuring efficient, scalable processes and strong internal controls Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, overseeing audit readiness and compliance across sales tax and income tax reporting Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Legal, IT, and People to support business operations and drive key initiatives, including audits and potential M&A activity You will be a match if: 7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred) Proven track record of owning close processes and driving efficiency to cut down time to close Drive for challenging the status quo and re-designing accounting operation processes for scale Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability and continuous improvement Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments CPA preferred but not required You might be a good fit if: Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations Experience with NetSuite, Rillet, Campfire, Ramp, or Zip Experience overseeing external tax partners Bonus: [1] Some more context: (If you are on LinkedIn, you will not be able to access the hyperlinks below.
