Position Overview Torq Interface is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations & Vendor Support Specialist to support hospital teams, surgery centers, and vendor representatives using our platform. This role is a strong fit for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), OR team member, or perioperative professional who is looking to move outside of the operating room while still using their clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of surgical workflows. You will help customers resolve support issues, support surgical case workflows, review documentation, and contribute to quality assurance for our Billing Verification product. This role is currently part-time however as business needs change, there may be an opportunity to increase to a full-time role. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary support contact for hospital users, surgery centers, and vendor representatives Manage customer support tickets, phone calls, and helpdesk emails Create and manage user accounts for hospital staff and vendor reps Support surgical case workflows within the Torq platform Build and maintain rules that match vendor companies and reps to the correct surgical cases Review case details, purchase orders, and billing documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify missing information, discrepancies, or workflow issues requiring follow-up Provide remote training and support to new and existing customers Help create support documentation and improve internal processes Share customer feedback with internal operations, product, and engineering teams What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Customer-first mindset and professional communication style Comfortable learning new software tools and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong problem-solving skills Experience in a healthcare, surgical, customer support, or operations environment

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification strongly preferred Experience in an operating room, surgery center, sterile processing, medical device, or perioperative support role Familiarity with surgical cases, surgical vendor reps, implants, instruments, trays, or hospital documentation Experience with hospital purchasing, billing, purchase orders, or vendor management Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Sheets, or similar tools Why Join Torq Interface?
