As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s growth engine. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the 3P marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging product categories. Conduct regular market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto arenaflex’s platform.
  • Data‑Driven Product Selection: Analyze product performance data, customer reviews, and pricing trends to recommend optimal SKU selections for new and existing sellers. Use insights to drive catalog expansion that aligns with shopper preferences.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that attract key marketplace players, increase product visibility, and boost sales velocity.
  • Seller Enablement & Education: Deliver best‑practice workshops, performance dashboards, and actionable insights that empower sellers to improve fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and revenue outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Customer Service—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of seller activity, revenue metrics, and marketplace health. Prepare regular reports for leadership that highlight growth trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the seller journey, propose process enhancements, and pilot new tools or workflows that increase efficiency and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to untapped markets and a curiosity for emerging consumer trends.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office suite applications; comfort with data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic analytics.
  • Exceptional commercial judgment, written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with quantitative skills; ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment while juggling multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, especially in seller acquisition or marketplace management.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales or related product categories.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on direct sales experience, demonstrating the ability to close deals and build long‑term relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms, seller tools, and online advertising ecosystems.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
