FASTSIGNS® is a growing company in the Sign & Graphics industry, currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role involves estimating and processing customer projects while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Estimating & processing customer projects from start to finish
- Customer requests are processed by email, phone and in person
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sign shop or related printing business
- The ability to meet deadlines and work as a team
- Great attention to detail
- A Valid drivers license
- Better than average math skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Corebridge
- Current sales experience in the Sign & Graphics industry
