Money Out Operations Coordinator-Retirement
Voya Financial is dedicated to providing financial opportunities for individuals and communities. As a Money Out Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support, processing and reconciling transactions, and ensuring accuracy in account information.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions related to operations' functions. Reconcile and verify accuracy of information. Refer incoming information to other staff members as appropriate
- Provide customer service to clients. Answer and resolve customer complaints and questions in an efficient and friendly manner
- Communicate problems to associates in other areas. Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and communicated to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts and reports for accuracy. Communicate status of transactions to clients. Reconcile account information. Document and summarize information for team members
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 2 years post-secondary business-related education or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of company products
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Detail oriented
