Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity to join our Equity Administration team. This entry‑level position is perfect for candidates who are eager to launch a career in equity compensation, stock‑plan administration, and data analytics. You will work from the comfort of your home in Montana (or any U.S. location) while collaborating with a diverse, global team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan purchase programs.
  • Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑plan purchase matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and purchase‑plan activities—to guarantee accurate settlement, reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, delivering clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, ensuring a seamless participant experience.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) and data flow relationships.
  • Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations and present them to cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in stock‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple equity‑plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and purchase‑plan matching ratios.
  • Familiarity with equity‑related tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Prior exposure to data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with stakeholders across different time zones.
