Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized virtual workspace and ensure all documentation complies with arenaflex’s quality‑control standards.
  • Process and resolve manual claims for third‑party insurance providers, ensuring prompt reimbursement and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Support inventory management by logging receipt of shipments, reconciling discrepancies, and reporting shortages or damaged items.
  • Collaborate with local health‑care providers, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote arenaflex services and foster strong referral networks.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, including PTCB certification maintenance and arenaflex‑specific continuing education.
  • Escalate any medication errors, system issues, or compliance concerns to the pharmacist immediately, following arenaflex’s incident‑reporting protocol.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary education.
  • Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) certification (PTCB) or eligibility to obtain it within the first six months of employment.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a retail pharmacy setting, preferably with exposure to data entry and customer service.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with pharmacy management software and standard office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong numerical aptitude for accurate counting, measuring, and verifying prescription quantities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of a 24/7 pharmacy operation.
