  • Advanced Modeling & Insight Generation: Apply predictive modeling, econometric techniques, and machine‑learning algorithms to quantify the impact of marketing spend, product changes, and partnership initiatives on CLV.
  • High‑Value Customer Segmentation: Identify, profile, and track high‑value traveler segments, uncovering behavioral patterns that inform acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Performance Forum Creation: Establish a recurring Customer Performance Forum where you present KPI dashboards, interpret trends, and recommend tactical actions to senior stakeholders.
  • Investment Optimization: Partner with finance, product, and marketing teams to evaluate investment opportunities, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest‑return initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, product analytics, and regional business units across multiple continents to harmonize data sources and analytical approaches.
