Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system: Quickly learn arenaflex’s PLM platform, understand its data structures, and become a go‑to resource for colleagues.
  • Data conversion and entry: Accurately transfer information from scanned engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation into structured spreadsheets ready for PLM import.
  • Data validation and quality control: Review existing records in the PLM system, verify completeness, correct inconsistencies, and ensure that every entry meets arenaflex’s high standards for accuracy.
  • Collaboration with cross‑functional teams: Participate in regular meetings with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to provide status updates, discuss data gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Documentation and reporting: Generate clear, concise reports on data entry progress, highlight any issues that could impact downstream processes, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, recommend automation tools, and contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s PLM data governance practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with peers, engineers, and senior management.
  • Self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in data handling.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Availability for part‑time work with the potential to transition to full‑time employment after a 3‑ to 6‑month evaluation period.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms (a plus, not required).
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle concepts and how data flows between design, procurement, and maintenance phases.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to evolving data standards.
  • Prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments, especially in plant operations or construction.
  • Problem‑solving orientation—comfortably identifying root causes of data discrepancies and proposing practical solutions.
