Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Data Entry & Call Support Specialist to join the arenaflex IT team on a part‑time basis. In this role you will serve as a critical bridge between business users and our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, ensuring accurate data capture, seamless communication, and timely resolution of support requests. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32 and flexible scheduling for candidates located in Ohio, USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and document both UI and data interface requirements.
  • System Configuration & Testing: Assist in configuring arenaflex ERP modules, develop test plans (unit, integration, and system testing), and execute test cases to validate functionality.
  • Data Validation & Entry: Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity across all arenaflex platforms.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for call‑in support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with development teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes, recommend enhancements, and help implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation, user guides, and training materials; conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑users and junior team members.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and operations—to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold arenaflex’s standards for data security, governance, and regulatory compliance in all activities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with arenaflex ERP platforms (formerly known as SAP Ariba) or similar procurement systems.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on functional analysis or business analysis experience, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex business processes and propose actionable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using arenaflex productivity tools (formerly Google Workspace) such as email, spreadsheets, document sharing, and presentation software.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with arenaflex (formerly PeopleSoft) or other ERP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex (formerly ServiceNow) ticketing and portfolio management modules.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, contract management, purchase order creation, invoicing, and payment cycles.
  • Prior exposure to a flexible, agile work environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues before they impact business operations.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, capable of producing clear, concise reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
