Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Partner with internal customers to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements that align with both technical and business processes.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Enter, validate, and update data across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Support Agile Delivery: Work alongside Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners to track progress, log defects, and provide status updates throughout development cycles.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Innovation Office and other functional teams, guaranteeing clear, timely, and effective information flow.
  • Participate in Testing Activities: Assist in functional and integration testing, documenting results and helping to resolve any identified issues.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned initiatives, escalating risks when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, propose enhancements, and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
  • Adapt to Variable Workloads: Flexibly manage multiple concurrent tasks, adjusting priorities based on business needs and project deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and visual presentations.
  • Analytical Foundations: Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
