They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Remote Mortgage Loan Officers, where they will provide support and training in a sales environment to help clients achieve their mortgage goals.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable mortgage solutions Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge Maintain compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements related to mortgage lending Skills Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements Must have passed NMLS SAFE exam Passion for helping people achieve their dreams Experience selling and/or engaged in a service-oriented environment Self-directed, motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment Competitive, energetic and positive attitude Detail oriented and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include persuasive, selling skills High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet.
