Role Overview

As a Program Supervisor, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate early‑stage ideas into concrete, high‑impact programs that drive new content experiences for arenaflex members worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex, innovation‑focused programs that blend technical depth with strategic purpose.
- Conduct feasibility and effort‑estimation studies for conceptual features, ensuring delivery of high‑quality functionality on schedule and within budget.
- Act as a trusted liaison between arenaflex Product Management and the Product Development (PDP) teams, shaping early‑stage product opportunities into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to align on project plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
