Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented professional to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team within the broader Product Discovery & Marketing organization (formerly known as Creative Production). This entry‑level position is based in Norway and serves as a gateway to a rewarding career in program management, data entry, and product innovation. As a Program Supervisor, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate early‑stage ideas into concrete, high‑impact programs that drive new content experiences for arenaflex members worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex, innovation‑focused programs that blend technical depth with strategic purpose.
  • Conduct feasibility and effort‑estimation studies for conceptual features, ensuring delivery of high‑quality functionality on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between arenaflex Product Management and the Product Development (PDP) teams, shaping early‑stage product opportunities into actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to align on project plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
  • Identify emerging trends, market insights, and internal opportunities across your portfolio that could amplify user engagement and business performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks related to timelines, resource constraints, and technical dependencies, proactively adjusting plans as needed.
  • Facilitate cross‑team workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with arenaflex’s innovation goals.
  • Provide clear, concise, and data‑backed updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in program or project management within a product‑focused environment, preferably in technology or media.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into well‑structured, executable plans.
  • Strong understanding of program governance frameworks, including risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making, using metrics and analytics to guide program direction.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company or a global streaming service.

  • Knowledge of product discovery processes, A/B testing, and user research techniques.
  • Exposure to financial planning and budgeting for large‑scale programs.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging entertainment formats, interactive storytelling, and AI‑driven recommendation systems.
