Position Overview

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Experience Resolution Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, store personnel, and fellow associates.   • Managing High-Volume Customer Interactions: Handling a steady stream of incoming calls, live chat conversations, and email inquiries from customers, retail store associates, and internal team members while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards.
  • Multi-System Navigation: Utilizing multiple proprietary software platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and knowledge bases to research customer accounts, process transactions, and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving: Identifying customer needs, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions on the first contact whenever possible to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.
  • Professional Communication: Communicating in a conversational, friendly, and professional manner while actively listening to customers, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Experience Resolution Specialist at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

Work Schedule and Flexibility

arenaflex provides 24/7 customer care support, which means we offer a variety of shift opportunities to accommodate different lifestyles, schedules, and time zones. Part-time associates may be scheduled for shifts that range from 8 to 10 hours, with availability needed across the following time periods:

  • Morning shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Night shifts (overnight)
  • Monday through Friday availability
  • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
