Position Overview – Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Live Chat Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our customers, product owners, and data engineering groups, translating conversational insights into structured data that fuels our enterprise‑wide analytics platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and maintain robust data models, ensuring that every piece of customer feedback is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and transformed into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Data Capture: Conduct live chat sessions with customers, accurately recording conversation details, sentiment, and intent while adhering to privacy and compliance standards.
  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and implement scalable data schemas on Hadoop, Hive, and Spark ecosystems to support both batch and real‑time analytics.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing, validation, and cleansing of incoming data to guarantee high‑quality, error‑free datasets for downstream reporting.
  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, HDFS, MapReduce) and big‑data processing frameworks such as Spark or PySpark.
