Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Licensed Therapist – Remote (Illinois License Required) Pay: $30.00–$50.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and motivated Bilingual Spanish-Speaking LSW/LPC Therapists to join our growing telehealth clinical team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health services while enjoying flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative support. We are currently hiring clinicians who hold an active Illinois LSW/LPC license and are fluent in both Spanish and English to help serve our diverse client population. Clinicians will provide virtual counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and help clients achieve meaningful mental health outcomes through evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria
- Provide telehealth psychotherapy services, including:
- Individual Therapy
- Family Therapy (when applicable)
- Group Therapy opportunities
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Motivational Interviewing
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Supportive and Psychodynamic Therapies
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in clinical collaboration and quality improvement initiatives
Client Population We are seeking clinicians experienced in working with:
- Adults
- Adolescents
- Or both populations
Client assignments will be aligned with your experience, specialty, and language proficiency whenever possible.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois professional license (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent state-recognized mental health licensure)
- License must be active and in good standing
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Ability to provide therapy services in both languages
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and treatment planning
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Flexibility
