Paid Media Coordinator, Digital Marketing Agency Experience

Job Description:

  • Provides support for a team of strategists with updates and optimization-related tasks.
  • Assist in conducting search query reports, keyword list updates, creative swaps, special updates, and preview link generation.
  • Perform account-wide changes for repeatable, manual tasks that impact the entire portfolio.
  • Manage geo fencing campaign work, including account launches, geo extensions, and fence + special updates.
  • Perform concession and image updates across Paid Search, Pmax, Display, and Paid Social platforms as needed by the client.
  • Handle paid media tracking and tagging setup, ensuring proper implementation and troubleshooting any tracking-related issues in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on all new campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Native, and Audio to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Aid in the implementation of agency-wide audits and platform changes, such as conversion settings, bid strategy updates, and account structure modifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry.
  • Actively contribute to department and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2+ plus years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
