Position Summary – Remote Customer Experience Concierge (Chat Professional)

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Experience Concierge to serve as the digital front‑line for our premium cardmembers visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). In this role, you will act as an ambassador of the arenaflex brand, delivering real‑time assistance, lifestyle recommendations, and travel solutions through chat and other virtual channels. Your expertise will help cardmembers navigate airport services, resolve inquiries, and enjoy a frictionless, luxurious experience from the moment they step into the lounge.

Key Responsibilities
