As a Remote Sales Planner (Entry‑Level), you will manage the end‑to‑end RFP (Request for Proposal) lifecycle for a portfolio of high‑visibility brands and verticals, ensuring that campaigns are flawlessly executed, measured, and optimized. Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End RFP Management: Own a dedicated book of business, guiding proposals from initial pitch through contract negotiation and final delivery across multiple arenaflex brands.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Revenue Teams: Partner with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to implement pricing and discounting strategies in line with the Revenue Management guidelines.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Support the day‑to‑day execution of dynamic deals, assemble media plans for direct and programmatic buys, and monitor performance against agreed‑upon KPIs.
  • Pipeline Management: Work closely with the Outreach team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
  • Financial Adjustments: Perform budget reconciliations, including pacing, adjustments, make‑goods, and cancellations, to keep campaigns on track.
  • Client Insight & Reporting: Provide strategic insights on client preferences, delivering regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Liaise with internal teams—Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Operations—to meet client expectations and exceed internal targets.
  • Campaign Delivery Analysis: Analyze delivery data, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to clarify RFP requirements, address ad‑hoc requests, and ensure seamless execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in media sales planning, media buying, or a related field; experience in advertising sales is highly preferred.
