Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome arenaflex Card Members as they arrive at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, ensuring a seamless and memorable first impression.
  • Own the end‑to‑end client journey—from check‑in to departure—by proactively anticipating needs and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Provide expert travel advice, including flight re‑booking, lounge access, and transportation coordination, while adhering to arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (food & beverage, security, travel operations) to fulfill member requests swiftly and accurately.
  • Utilize the “Customer‑First” mindset to resolve complex issues, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
