Training, Licensing, and Career Path

  • Post‑exam support to help you obtain licensure in any of the 50 states and territories where arenaflex operates.

After you achieve licensure, you’ll have the option to transition into a fully licensed insurance sales or advisory role, opening doors to higher earning potential, leadership positions, and specialized expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre‑Licensed Representative, you will serve as the front line of support for policyholders, using your decision‑making abilities and innovative mindset to resolve complex issues. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve high‑level consumer concerns, providing clear guidance to first‑level representatives when needed.
  • Billing Assistance: Answer policyholder inquiries related to billing, explain charges, and help resolve discrepancies.

  • Recommendations: Offer tailored recommendations to policyholders based on their needs, helping them make informed decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (call‑center experience preferred).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable using a desktop computer and navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Logical problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work‑From‑Home Requirements

Because this role is fully remote, you must meet the following technical and environmental standards to ensure a professional and productive workspace:
