Role Overview

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales‑oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (download ≥ 10 Mbps, upload ≥ 3 Mbps, ping 
  • Dedicated home workspace that can be exclusively used for work during scheduled shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with multiple applications, web browsers, and CRM platforms.
