Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Point Contact: Greet and welcome cardholders as they arrive at the arenaflex Lounge located in IAH Airport, providing a warm, professional, and memorable first impression.
  • End‑to‑End Journey Management: Own the entire customer experience from check‑in through departure, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Develop creative solutions to complex inquiries, turning challenges into opportunities to deepen trust and loyalty.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Leverage the “Customer‑First” mindset to suggest travel, lifestyle, and concierge services tailored to each cardholder’s preferences.
  • Travel Advisory & Booking Support: Provide expert travel guidance, assist with reservations, and coordinate with partner hotels, restaurants, and transportation providers.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with arenaflex’s network of hospitality and culinary partners to fulfill premium requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple digital platforms and CRM tools efficiently, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Adapt to a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the 24/7 expectations of premium cardholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering premium or high‑touch customer service, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value client relationships with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a polished, courteous demeanor.
