About the Role: Driving Strategic Platform Excellence

The Senior Business Execution Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and continuous evolution of Customer Advice Platforms. You will serve as a critical bridge between business strategy, technology execution, and operational excellence—ensuring that every initiative aligns with arenaflex's broader vision of delivering exceptional, personalized advice experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Development & Enhancement: Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, as well as meaningful enhancements to existing platforms within the Customer Advice ecosystem.
  • Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Perform detailed requirements analysis, including thorough documentation and effective socialization of business needs across stakeholder groups.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, synthesize findings, and translate complex datasets into actionable, data-driven recommendations that inform platform strategy and execution.
  • Strategic Operations Support: Lead support functions and operational initiatives for multiple business groups, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Pipeline & Solution Management: Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions throughout the development pipeline, with rigorous attention to delivery timelines and business outcomes.
  • Research & Analysis: Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require strong analytical skills, foundational knowledge of organizational strategy, and proven business execution capabilities.
  • Independent Leadership: Work autonomously to make well-reasoned recommendations for support functions, providing leadership and strategic direction where needed.
  • Program & Initiative Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of diverse programs and initiatives, with potential focus areas including risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and elevated customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing comprehensive project plans, robust policies, and effective procedures that align with enterprise objectives.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners across arenaflex.

Qualifications: What You Bring to arenaflex

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or an equivalent combination of work experience, professional training, military experience, and/or education.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple competing priorities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling executive presentations and perform sophisticated data analysis.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, providing the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote workdays.
