Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist supporting our Packaging Strategy division at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of a global team responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing packaging data across multiple systems, categories, and international markets. Your work will directly influence the development of packaging for arenaflex's owned brands, exclusive partnerships, and travel packaging lines. Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Packaging Data Specialist at arenaflex, your core duties will include the following:

• Build Comprehensive Data Frameworks: Develop strategic data requirements, taxonomy structures, and detailed specification documents that support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across all Owned Brand portfolios at arenaflex.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Consult with key partners in sourcing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance to establish relevant data requirements and flexible standards that consistently reflect arenaflex's commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Manage Change Control Processes: Create and administer change management workflows to ensure accurate packaging documentation management across multiple systems and partner teams throughout the organization.
• Develop Training and Communication Resources: Design, manage, and execute creative training programs and on-demand resources for both internal and external audiences, driving a comprehensive understanding of standards, specifications, and data accuracy best practices.
• Evaluate and Optimize Standards: Assess data requirements, standards, and specifications to promote safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with industry regulations, enhance engineering best practices, and maintain arenaflex's leadership position in the marketplace.
• Provide Cross-Functional Support: Offer guidance and support to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging data requirements, standards, and specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance Coordination: Consult with appropriate internal regulatory and legal experts, identifying impacts on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks, and identifying opportunities for compliance excellence.
• Global Communication and Roadshows: Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around stated objective development, compliance, and data accuracy best practice requirements and expectations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to identify trends or issues, in partnership with technology teams, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Investigate industry trends and benchmark arenaflex's data and standards practices against competitors, sharing insights and recommendations with appropriate stakeholders for continuous improvement and compliance.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates should bring the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of four years of experience developing and managing documentation and standards programs, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in packaging design, development, or consumer goods manufacturing.
