The Role: Temporary Customer Care Resolution Coordinator

We're seeking motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Contact Center as Temporary Customer Care Resolution Coordinators. Key Responsibilities and Daily Impact

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer operations, handling a diverse range of interactions with professionalism and expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone calls, live chats, and email communications
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, store partners, and associates, providing accurate information and effective solutions
  • Navigating multiple proprietary systems and resources to efficiently address questions and resolve complex issues
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer communications and resolutions
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 25 words per minute with accuracy
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one year in a customer service or retail environment
