Role Overview

This is a full‑time, remote position based in Minnesota, USA, offering a standard 8‑hour workday. The role is designed for individuals who are eager to launch a career in client care, even without prior experience, and who thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with junior agents, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to deliver seamless service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and Support Junior Agents: Guide less‑experienced client care agents through daily tasks, procedural updates, and performance goals.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and present actionable plans to enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Handle high‑complexity client inquiries, including returned proclamations and address verification challenges.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Translate policies and procedures into clear guidance for junior staff, ensuring consistent execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, financial services, or contact‑center environments, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
