As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the data ecosystem that powers every facet of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets related to content metadata, user interactions, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform Teams to ensure data integrity across distributed systems, including the Data Access Layer, Data Platform Foundation, and Large Data Processing pipelines.
• Perform routine quality‑checks, identify anomalies, and flag inconsistencies for remediation.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of documentation for data entry procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Support the development of automated data ingestion workflows by providing clean, well‑structured input data.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings with engineers, product owners, and TPMs to understand data requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Contribute to open‑source initiatives by sharing insights and improvements derived from real‑world data handling challenges.
• Continuously improve processes through feedback loops, automation, and adoption of industry‑leading tools.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building or supporting large‑scale distributed systems components or applications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful web services; solid understanding of distributed architecture principles.
• Programming Languages: Strong command of Java or other object‑oriented languages (e.g., C#, Kotlin). Familiarity with Python is a plus, given its extensive use in arenaflex’s data tooling.
• Data Handling: Demonstrated ability to work with massive data sets, perform ETL tasks, and ensure data quality at scale.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
